The National Capital Area "Z" Series Car Club of America is an organization of enthusiasts who feel that the route taken has less to do with arriving in the least amount of time and more to do with appreciation of the journey, the road, and the car. We share a passion for the open road and the freedom that this special automobile offers. It is an information source for people of like mind who enjoy the simplicity offered by great sports cars such as the Z3 Roadster and Coupe and now the new sophisticated Z4 Roadster. The National Capitol Area page will serve as a central location for information of interest to National Capitol Area of Virginia, the District of Columbia as well as Maryland. The National Capitol Area Z Series Car Club of America was founded in the Fall of 2000 by those depicted in the photo below, Mike Purkey, Mark Volk, Phill Butera and Dave & Rose Goodwin. We began as a group of about 10 and has since grown steadily. Early on we established a relationship with the national level club, ZSCCA, which is truly the Ultimate Car Club for the Ultimate Enthusiast.
