Several OCA members had been frustrated by the lack of a club in the central NY area. There were at least 2 failed attempts to create a new club and finally some fellas from the Elmira area pulled it off! Since anyone in CNY or Northern PA had to go 4 hrs to find a club we all felt we should be able to have a successful club. We welcome all new members and we plan to have events and meetings in different areas to enable people to make it to at least some events.
