The Friends of the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum (CAAM) promotes and supports the Museum through social activities, volunteerism and fundraising. In addition to sharing the company of other enthusiasts, Friends have the opportunity to work with the collection artifacts and to participate in Museum program development. Friends' raffle proceeds have purchased five vehicles for the Museum and funded restoration projects. Membership in the Friends of the CAAM is open to members of the Western Reserve Historical Society.
